Yewande Jinadu is an ICF Credentialed Professional coach, a People and Culture Leader, and the Convener of both the Career Moms Mentorship Program and the Employability Fitness Program.
She has over 9years experience in Career coaching, Leadership Coach and Public Speaking. Her background as an HR Leader for the past 9years has positioned her to understand how the employment space works and how jobseekers can stand a better change of being employed.
She’s a Senior HR Professional passionate about shaping the culture of an organization towards improved productivity and a positive employee experience.
Her social initiative, CareerLife Foundation solving UN SDG Goal 8 is aimed at reducing unemployment by helping graduates and professionals become Employable and accelerate their career growth. With various awards won both locally and globally, her vision is to help millions of youths achieve measurable success in their career.
Yewande holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources International (SPHRi) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), USA. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM).
She’s the Convener of the Employability Fitness Program, an initiative aimed at helping young graduates overcome interview Phobia and the barriers in Recruitment process through mentoring. She is a public speaker and has been featured on various media platforms including: BellaNaija, SheLeadsAfrica, GuardianWoman, Women of Rubies etc

Career Moms Mentorship
Through her registered foundation, CareerLife Foundation. Yewande Jinadu helps moms who have been held back in their career due to childbirth and nursing a child. The gender gap in the workplace is alarming because more women have paused or stopped pursing their career due to home demands. Some choose to get back to the workforce but unable to because they have lost touch with the job market.
Through the Career Moms Mentorship, Coach YJ partners with other accomplished women who have thrived in their careers even as mothers to coach the women and support them in their job search.
She and the women offer their services for free to coach and mentor women. Over 200 women have benefitted from the cohorts in the past 2 years.
Employability Fitness Program
This is an annual event aimed at helping young graduates and professionals overcome interview phobia through live coaching sessions by senior professionals. Its also a networking session where participants get to meet leaders in various industries and get jobs
